Man charged after cop allegedly smelled marijuana during traffic stop

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A Wilkes-Barre man with a warrant out for his arrest was stopped with heroin and drug paraphernalia in his possession, according to police.</p><p>According to a police report:</p><p>Shane Gutkowski, 27, was pulled over by police at 5:47 p.m. Monday on Kidder Street. Gutkowski attempted to flee officers.</p><p>Gutkowski had heroin and drug paraphernalia in his possession, as well as a warrant out for his arrest. He was arrested and taken to police headquarters.</p><p>A court records search show Gutkowski was charged with several misdemeanor offenses, including possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.</p><style>
