<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A 19-year-old Wilkes-Barre man pleaded guilty Tuesday to making false statements to a federally licensed firearm dealer.</p><p>According to U.S. Attorney Bruce D. Brandler, Ruben Rosario admitted that he and another individual provided false information regarding the purchase of a semi-automatic .22-caliber pistol from Piestrak&#8217;s Gun Shop LLC, in Nanticoke, on April 5.</p><p>Rosario said he paid another individual to purchase the firearm for him and to falsify the paperwork in connection with the sale, according to prosecutors.</p><p>Rosario faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison. He will appear for sentencing before U.S. Senior District Judge Richard P. Conaboy in Scranton on a date that has not yet been determined.</p><style>
