Volunteers are Santa’s helpers for Home Instead’s Be A Santa To A Senior

<p>The Northwest Area Senior High and Middle School held a Veteran&#8217;s Day Assembly for students and local veterans. A food drive was sponsored in conjunction with a movie where students brought in two cans of food as admittance to the movie. With an overwhelming response approximately 1000 nonperishable items will be donated to the St. Hedwig&#8217;s Veteran Village, in Kingston. Students helping with packing, from left, first row, kneeling, are: Trista Whitmire, Cassidy Timms, Shelby Spencer and Matthew Saxe.
