Misericordia University nursing professor named a Jonas Scholar by National League of Nursing

<p>SCRANTON &#8212; Lyndsay J. Grady of Moscow was recently hired as the workforce development and special projects coordinator at the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce.</p><p>In this role, Grady will focus on joint economic and workforce development strategies through the chamber and its affiliates, including the Scranton Lackawanna Industrial Building Company (SLIBCO), The Scranton Plan and Skills in Scranton. She will focus on the development of workforce strategy and planning, as well as the integration of these initiatives with economic development activities, further promoting the chamber&#8217;s overall mission of attracting, sustaining and growing businesses within Lackawanna County.</p><p>Grady holds a Bachelor of Science in administration and organizational leadership from Keystone College and is working toward a Master of Professional Studies in organization development and change management from the Pennsylvania State University. She has previously worked as executive director of Workforce Wayne/Northeast Innovation Alliance. She also serves as an adjunct professor of business at Lackawanna College.</p><style>
