Oregon hires Willie Taggart as new head football coach

<p>The Plymouth Historical Society marked the closing of the Borough&#8217;s time capsule with a ceremony held at the Plymouth Public Library. Approximately 30 residents in attendance placed a small item in the time capsule along with representatives from Plymouth Council, the fire departments, the DAR, local churches and other organizations. Created in 1966 during the Plymouth centennial, it was opened 25 years later in 1991 and then this year on June 10, 2016. The capsule was on display at the Plymouth Public Library and returned to the Plymouth Historical Society following the ceremony.
