HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — A county judge is dismissing a former Penn State student's claims against the university over allegations of hazing and sharply narrowing his lawsuit against a fraternity. The Legal Intelligencer reported (http://bit.ly/2hJBsIJ ) Friday the judge left in place a negligence claim against the Kappa Delta Rho fraternity and gave James Vivenzio 30 days to rework fraud allegations. Vivenzio's said he exposed a secret Facebook page by the fraternity that featured photos of naked women. His lawsuit claimed that as a freshman pledge he was burned with cigarettes and force-fed liquor mixed with urine, vomit and hot sauce. The school's said it offered "extraordinary assistance" to Vivenzio, including sending an investigator to his home.
