Victim forgives Dallas man who struck him with SUV, fled scene at Harveys Lake

<p>HANOVER TWP. &#8212; The Luzerne County District Attorney&#8217;s Drug Task Force announced an arrest of a man accused of selling a controlled substance.</p><p>The agency, in conjunction with the Hanover Township Police Department, arrested Eric Allen Gima, 25, of Duryea, at 9 a.m. Tuesday.</p><p>Investigators said Gima was allegedly selling Percocet pills in the Lee Park section of Hanover Township.</p><p>Gima was arraigned before District Judge Joseph Halesey on Tuesday on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and one count of possession of a controlled substance.</p><p>Gima was jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $20,000 bail.</p><p>Court documents indicate Gima is scheduled for a preliminary hearing before Halesey at 9:20 a.m. on Jan. 17.</p><style>
