WILKES-BARRE - For the fourth year Wyoming Valley Motorcycle Club is partnering with the Salvation Army, of Wilkes-Barre, to distribute bicycles at noon, Saturday, at a party that will be held for children at the Salvation Army Citadel, 34 S. Pennsylvania Ave.The bikes were purchased with funds raised at the motorcycle clubs annual &#8220;Bikes -4-Tykes&#8221; motorcycle ride.Santa will arrive at 12:30 p.m. to distribute the bicycles.
