Dallas Rotary Club spreads holiday spirit

<p>Members of the Luzerne County Community College BASIC Club recently held a bake sale and hat sale at the college&#8217;s Campus Center. Proceeds will benefit Treats for Troops, which assists local veterans and active duty service members.
