M&T Bank supports St. Vincent de Paul Kitchen

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; The Wilkes-Barre Law &amp; Library Association/The Bar Association of Luzerne County and its Young Lawyers&#8217; Division recently sponsored an attorney admission ceremony at the Luzerne County Courthouse in which five lawyers were admitted to the organization.</p><p>The ceremony was presided over by the Hon. Richard M. Hughes III, the president judge of the Court of Common Pleas for Luzerne County, and featured an enbanc, court, consisting of the Hon. Joseph M. Augello, the Hon. Thomas F. Burke Jr., the Hon. Lesa S. Gelb, the Hon. David W. Lupas, and the Hon. Jennifer L. Rogers. Also sitting were the Hon. Correale F. Stevens of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, and the Hon. Joseph M. Cosgrove of the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court.</p><p>Representing the law association at the ceremony was its president, the Hon. Joseph J. Van Jura; Young Lawyer president, attorney Diana M. Collins; vice president, attorney Jane M. Acri, secretary-treasurer, attorney Joseph P.J. Burke III, and Young Lawyer treasurer, attorney Mary E. Prescott.</p><p>Moved for admission was attorney Robert L. Gawlas, by his father, attorney Robert N. Gawlas Jr. Attorney Brian J. Panella, the son of Judge Jack Panella of the Pennsylvania Superior Court, was moved by Stevens. Hughes moved for the admission of attorney John F. Higgins, who had served as his law clerk. Cosgrove moved for the admission of attorney Hillary P. Flack. Attorney Corey S. Suda was moved for admission by attorney Edward J. Ciramboli.</p><style>
