Record-holding '92-93 Penguins admire Blue Jackets' streak

<p>NANTICOKE &#8212; Helene Mancuso, of Dunmore, Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) program manager at Luzerne County Community College, recently earned the Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP) credential awarded by the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP).</p><p>The CWDP credential recognizes the training, experience, and expertise of professionals in nine areas of competency including business and economic development intelligence, career development principles, collaboration and problem solving, customer service methodology, diversity in workforce development, labor market information and intelligence, principles of communications, program implementation principles and strategies, and workforce development structure, policies, and programs.</p><style>
