Jurors hear opening arguments in alleged police corruption case

<p>Orthopedic surgeon Michael Raklewicz will present a health talk on joint replacement surgery 6 p.m. Jan. 19, at Mohegan Sun Pocono, Route 315, in the anthracite meeting room, Plains Township.</p><p>Raklewicz will explain the step-by-step process and address the most common concerns. A question-answer session will follow.</p><p>The lecture is free and open to the public. Reservations are recommended and may be made by calling 570-552-7423. Guests should use the hotel entrance.
