<p>Temperatures will be unseasonably warm today, but winter&#8217;s chill is expected to return to the Wyoming Valley into the weekend.</p><p>The region could also see some snow, but little snow accumulation is expected.</p><p>The National Weather Service indicated it was 50 degrees as of 6:54 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, and fog and mist were reported.</p><p>Rain and thunderstorms are likely today, but less than a tenth of an inch of total rainfall is expected. Today&#8217;s high will be near 53.</p><p>Tonight will bring rain and thunderstorms before 11 p.m., followed by a slight chance of showers between 11 p.m. and 2 a.m. Less than a tenth of an inch of rainfall is expected, and tonight&#8217;s low will be around 33.</p><p>Partly sunny skies will wrap up the week on Friday, with a high near 45. Mostly cloudy skies will follow into Friday night, with a low around 20.</p><p>Saturday will bring partly cloudy skies, along with a 30 percent chance of light snow after 8 a.m. The high will be near 29.</p><p>Mostly cloudy skies will carry over into Saturday night, along with a 30 percent chance of snow before 8 p.m. The low will be around 23.</p><p>Sunny skies are expected to round out the weekend on Sunday, with a high near 35.
