<p>HAZLETON &#8212; Police have arrested a man accused of soliciting nude photos from juvenile females, and then using them in an attempt to persuade the girls into having sex with him.</p><p>Keefer McKenzie Ngirngesechei, 20, of Hazleton, faces numerous charges in both Luzerne and Carbon counties as a result of an investigation conducted by the Pennsylvania State Police&#8217;s Criminal Investigation Unit in Hazleton.</p><p>Police allege Ngirngesechei used various social media platforms, such as Snapchat, Facebook and Instagram, to contact various juvenile females. Ngirngesechei also allegedly used several aliases on the social media accounts.</p><p>After Ngirngesechei would make contact through seemingly harmless conversation, police allege he then solicited nude photos from the girls. Ngirngesechei then allegedly threatened to disseminate the photos and allegedly offered to delete the photos in exchange for sexual favors.</p><p>Police said the investigation also revealed Ngirngesechei would pay or offer to pay for the photos, or pay for the sexual favors.</p><p>A criminal docket indicates Ngirngesechei faces numerous charges, including rape by forcible compulsion, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors, child pornography, criminal use of a communication facility and indecent assault.</p><p>Ngirngesechei faces similar charges in Carbon County, according to an inactive court docket out of Carbon County.</p><p>Court documents indicate Ngirngesechei was arraigned on his charges in Luzerne County at 4:27 p.m. on Jan. 10. Ngirngesechei is scheduled for a preliminary hearing before District Judge Daniel O&#8217;Donnell at 1 p.m. on Jan. 23.</p><p>Ngirngesechei was jailed on $75,000 bail, but court documents indicate he posted the bail through a bail bondsman.</p><p>Ngirngesechei was arraigned on his charges in Carbon County on Saturday, and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing before District Judge Joseph Homanko Sr. at 10:45 a.m. on Jan. 25.</p><p>Ngirngesechei is currently jailed in the Carbon County Prison for lack of $150,000 bail.</p><style>
