<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A city man previously convicted of cheating at a Mohegan Sun Pocono table game doubled down on guilty pleas Tuesday on charges he stole other gamblers&#8217; winnings.</p><p>Duc Ngoc Pham, 50, of Regent Street, entered the pleas on two separate theft cases from 2015. Luzerne County Judge Joseph Sklarosky Jr. accepted the pleas and ordered Pham to have no contact with victims in the cases or the casino.</p><p>In one case, state police said, Pham cashed a $219 voucher he found on the casino floor despite knowing it belonged to someone else. Pham took more than $5,400 in cash and a $1,410 voucher from the purse of woman he gambled with in the other case, state police said.</p><p>Authorities previously charged Pham on April 3, 2014, with changing domino tiles while playing Pai Gow from a non-winning hand to a winning hand. Pham placed a $25 bet and earned an additional $25 on the cheated tiles, state police said.</p><p>Pham was initially charged with knowing by trick to reduce a loss, theft and receiving stolen property, but Luzerne County prosecutors withdrew the charges on April 2, 2015, when Pham pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of disorderly conduct.</p><p>Pham is scheduled to be sentenced on the latest charges Feb. 28.</p><style>
