Hazleton homicide suspect’s sister to enter guilty plea in witness intimidation case

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A federal grand jury Tuesday indicated a city man for heroin trafficking, the U.S. Attorney&#8217;s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced Wednesday.</p><p>Jerrod Curtis, 33, possessed heroin with the intent to distribute from February through April of last year in Luzerne County, federal prosecutors allege. He faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted, though defendants rarely see the maximum penalty.</p><p>The case was investigated by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.</p><style>
