WILKES-BARRE - Potential volunteers are invited to attend a volunteer orientation information session hosted by Victims Resource Center (VRC) 6-7 p.m. Jan. 31 at the Kirby Health Center, 71 N. Franklin St. This session is free and open to the public.The philosophy and purpose of the agency will be discussed and the role of the volunteer will be explained. This orientation session is a pre-requisite to the volunteer training series.Plan on entering building from right through the rear side door. Parking is available in the back, right side parking lot.
