Police: Woman charged after throwing child on train tracks in New Jersey

<p>The LCCC communication arts department held an art supplies collection to benefit children in need. The donations were distributed to Camp Orchard Hill for children from Sherman Hills, Interfaith Heights and Schooley Avenue Apartments.
