Jonathan Tucker headed to higher court on homicide charges

<p>Three Wyoming Valley Conference football standouts committed to FCS programs on Wednesday. Several others selected Division II schools.</p><p>Coughlin offensive lineman Ron Solt and Wyoming Area long snapper Tristan Sokach-Minnick will be headed to the University of Albany. Crestwood defensive back Lance Blass will play at Cornell University. FCS was formerly known as Division I-AA.</p><p>Wyoming Valley West offensive standout Sean Judge will attend Division II Shippensburg. He is among several WVC players heading to the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference.</p><p>Hanover Area defensive back Brandon Chafin chose East Stroudsburg. Williamsport quarterback Isaiah Hankins, the Times Leader Player of the Year, will play at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Williamsport defensive lineman Ross Stebbins and Coughlin offensive lineman Devon Ortolani selected Bloomsburg.</p><p>Two Williamsport stars &#8212; tight end Jalen Jackson and receiver Elliott Walker &#8212; will remain teammates at Lock Haven.</p><p>Berwick defensive back Anthony Cicini will play at Assumption College, a Division II program in Massachusetts.</p><p>Three Berwick players will attend Division III programs &#8212; receiver/quarterback Mike Force (Wesleyan), defensive end Kyle Roberts (Johns Hopkins) and receiver Harrison Kuchka (Grove City).</p><style>
