GOP-controlled Congress scraps Obama rules on coal mining, guns

<p>PHILADELPHIA (AP) &#8212; Philadelphia police say they&#8217;ve taken a public school food service employee into custody while they investigate whether he sold marijuana to students.</p><p>Lt. John Stanford tells WTXF-TV that the ongoing investigation led to Wednesday&#8217;s arrest of the worker, who was not immediately identified or charged by police.</p><p>The man works at George Washington High School but was arrested elsewhere.</p><p>School district officials say they&#8217;re cooperating with the investigation. The worker has been removed from the school and could be fired if he&#8217;s criminally charged.</p><p>Police are reviewing surveillance video of the worker meeting with students in the school and going in and out of a student restroom.</p><style>
