Man charged with fatal September shooting headed to court

<p>WRIGHT TWP. &#8212; A Pennsylvania State trooper has been suspended without pay, after he was charged with indecent assault of a child.</p><p>According to the Associated Press, Cpl. Patrick Finn, of Harrisburg, got into bed with a 9-year-old girl, touched her and told her he wanted to have sex with her. Finn is based with Troop H in Carlisle.</p><p>The charges were filed Thursday in Wright Township with District Judge Gerald L. Feissner.</p><p>Court papers indicate he was charged with one misdemeanor count each of indecent assault and indecent assault with someone under 13, as well as a felony county of corruption of minors.</p><p>Finn was released after posting $25,000 bail. He faces a preliminary hearing 10 a.m. Feb. 22 in front of Feissner.</p><style>
