Beyond the Byline: Two of the very best ever

<p>The Rotary Club of Wilkes-Barre is holding a Mardi-Gras themed event, &#8220;Party With a Purpose,&#8221; Feb. 28 at Genetti&#8217;s Hotel and Convention Center, Wilkes-Barre. The event benefits students who attend Wyoming Valley Children&#8217;s Association in Forty Fort. Cost is $20 in advance, $25 at the door.
