<p>Len and Judi Rakowsky, Pottsville, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jenna Rose Rakowsky, to Matthew Ryan Steltzer, son of Ben and Lori Steltzer, Parsippany, New Jersey.</p><p>Jenna is the granddaughter of Rose Price, Frackville. Matthew is the grandson of Marylin Trauth.</p><p>Jenna is a graduate of North Schuylkill High School and Misericordia University with a master&#8217;s degree in occupational therapy. She is employed by HCR ManorCare.</p><p>Her fianc&#233; is a graduate of Parsippany Hills High School and Kings College with a bachelor&#8217;s degree in marketing. He is employed as a marketing manager for NORSTAR Networks.</p><p>A Fall 2017 wedding is planned.</p><style>
