<p>Zoey Backley, daughter of Robin Backley, Plymouth; and Edward Hower, Ashley; is celebrating her eighth birthday today, Feb. 9, 2017. Zoey is the granddaughter of Tracy Backley, Nanticoke; the late Charles Backley, and Catherine Hower, Edwardsville. She is the great-granddaughter of Nancy Gist, Nanticoke; and Ruthy Rowels, Ashley. Zoey has three sisters: Makeinzy, 9; Hailey, 6; and Addison, 2. She has two brothers: C. J., 4; and Andrew, 1.</p><style>
