<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A Stroudsburg man stole prescription medication from a home in Wilkes-Barre, according to police.</p><p>According to a police report:</p><p>Jeremy Russell Moyer, 32, took medication from a residence on South Main Street at 2:25 p.m. Friday. Moyer was found a short distance away and found to be in possession of the medication, which was not prescribed to him.</p><p>Officers also found Moyer was wanted by state probation/parole for a violation. Moyer was taken into custody for theft and possession of controlled substance. Charges were filed with District Court 11-1-01.</p><p>Moyer was processed at police headquarters then released to the custody of Pennsylvania Probation/Parole to be lodged in a correctional facility.</p><style>
