MLB may make unilateral rule changes for 2018

<p>The Commission On Economic Opportunity in Wilkes-Barre and the Trucksville Volunteer Fire Company in Trucksville each received $5,000 from the PennEast Pipeline Community Connector grant program. Jaclyn Nawa, a communications specialist for UGI Energy Services, presented each organization with a check on Tuesday. PennEast rolled out the grant program in 2014 to aid nonprofits organizations along the pipeline route. To date, PennEast Pipeline LLC has awarded more than $550,000 to nonprofits.
