Police asking for help in identifying man allegedly using counterfeit bills

<p>HAZLETON &#8212; Police conducting a motor vehicle stop found a man wanted with several outstanding warrants.</p><p>According to Hazleton Police Chief Jerry Speziale:</p><p>Kevin Black was stopped around 2:22 p.m. Thursday in the area of Church and Oak streets.</p><p>Black was taken into custody without incident and found to be in possession of various types of narcotics paraphernalia and illegal drugs.</p><p>Speziale said Black is charged with possession with intent to distribute controlled substances, possession of controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia.</p><p><ins>For other local crime stories, <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/category/crime" target="_blank">click here</a>.</ins></p><style>
