<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A man is facing charges after he allegedly struck a coach in the face during a hockey game.</p><p>Officers were dispatched to the Coal Street Park at 9:18 p.m. on Monday for a report of a fight. A hockey coach told officers that a parent of a hockey player confronted him about his son not getting any ice time</p><p>The coach then alleged that the parent&#8217;s stepson, identified as Jeffrey Loftus, 32, of Plymouth, struck him in the face.</p><p>A citation for harassment was filed against Loftus.</p><p><ins>For other local crime stories, <a href="https://www.timesleader.com/category/crime" target="_blank">click here</a>.</ins></p><style>
