<p>DELANO, PA &#8212; All lanes on Interstate 81 Southbound between mile markers 134 (exit for PA 309) and 138 (Exit for Delano) are closed due to a major accident, according to 511PA Northeast.</p><p>Officials say as many as 30 cars are involved in the pile-up.
