Trailing by 1.2 seconds after 50 yards, Moncayo stormed back to out-touch Wyoming Valley West&#8217;s Logan Fluegel with a time of 51.52 seconds. In the 200 IM, the senior trimmed seven seconds off of his preliminary time to cruise to 4.5-second win in a race he was seeded third in. He beat the field with a time of 1:58.69.What he says: &#8220;It&#8217;s been a great experience. We all worked really hard for districts and it paid off. A lot of my teammates dropped a lot of our times and we were really happy with that. I had a really good time. My races were really hard, but I made it. I was really happy (when people started chanting my name). The 6-foot center scored a team-high 14 points in the Royals&#8217; 51-37 win over top-seeded and previously unbeaten Dunmore.What she says: &#8220;It was amazing. Just winning districts. I feel like everything just worked out perfectly for our team. &#8230; I feel like we&#8217;re continuing the tradition and it feels amazing to be apart of that tradition of winning.&#8221;Coach says: &#8220;It was great the way she stepped up and did what she had to do to help the team, but she&#8217;s been doing that all year.
