Penalties, lack of offense lead to Penguins’ shutout loss to Lehigh Valley

<p>FORTY FORT &#8212; A water-main break will cause a temporary service disruption overnight for about 20 homes, officials said.</p><p>Water began coming up from three places on River Street around 10:15 p.m Wednesday, Mayor Andy Tuzinski said.</p><p>Tuzinski said police officers noticed the water during their patrols.</p><p>Southbound River Street from Wyoming Avenue to Ransom Street will be closed while Pennsylvania American Water fixes the issue.</p><p>Tuzinski said the borough was fortunate it happened overnight. He said the water company told him the water would be back on for &#8220;morning showers.&#8221;</p><p>As a precaution, the borough has sent a fire truck to the Kingston station.</p><style>
