<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A woman already serving time for having contraband while in prison is now facing a new, similar charge.</p><p>Inmate Latesha Twyman, 23, was found in possession of crack cocaine at Luzerne County&#8217;s lockup last summer, authorities report.</p><p>Court documents say Twyman was recently sentenced to 14 to 30 months in prison for possessing a controlled substance as an inmate in an earlier incident.</p><p>She is currently housed at the state prison for women in Muncy.</p><p>According to a complaint on the new contraband charge:</p><p>Police were contacted by staff at the Luzerne County prison for an inmate that smuggled contraband inside. The inmate, identified as Twyman, was being strip-searched when a small, clear plastic bag fell from her bra.</p><p>Investigators believed the substance inside the bag was crack cocaine. The substance was sent to the State Police Crime Lab for analysis.</p><p>Twyman was arraigned on her new charge before District Judge Thomas Malloy Sr. via video on Thursday, and she is scheduled for a preliminary hearing before Malloy at 9 a.m. on April 6.</p><style>
