Construction crew unearths centuries-old coffins in Philadelphia

<p>Drivers in the Wyoming Valley awoke to some slippery roads for Friday morning&#8217;s commute thanks to an overnight snowstorm.</p><p>By the time the storm stops late this morning, the area should see three to six inches of snow.</p><p>However, a quiet weekend forecast follows.</p><p>The National Weather Service indicated it was 29 degrees as of 5:54 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, and snow and freezing fog were reported.</p><p>Luzerne County remains under a winter weather advisory until 12 p.m. today. A winter weather advisory means that periods of snow will cause travel difficulties.</p><p>Snow is expected before noon today, and around 2 inches of snowfall are expected. A chance of snow showers will also be possible after 3 p.m. Today&#8217;s high will be near 35.</p><p>Mostly cloudy skies are expected tonight, along with a 30 percent chance of snow showers before 9 p.m. The low will be around 12, but wind chill values could be as low as 0.</p><p>Mostly cloudy skies are predicted for Saturday, with a high near 25. Mostly cloudy skies will follow into Saturday night, with a low around 13.</p><p>Partly sunny skies will round out the weekend on Sunday, with a high near 27.
