Penn State announces future plans to renovate Beaver Stadium

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; Police are searching for a juvenile male reported missing early this morning.</p><p>Fidel Mince, 15, of Wilkes-Barre, was reported missing by his mother at 2:58 a.m. Monday.</p><p>Police said Mince&#8217;s mother reported that Mince was supposed to be home at 9 p.m. Sunday, but never returned.</p><p>Mince is described as a black male that is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.</p><p>The police report did not provide a photo of the boy.</p><p>Anyone with information is asked to contact the Wilkes-Barre City Police Department at 570-208-4200.</p><style>
