Big Ten teams make statement at NCAA Tournament

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; The F.M. Kirby Center has announced two additions to its Chandelier Lobby series.</p><p>Country artist Angaleena Presley and late &#8217;90s pop-rockers Fastball will visit the downtown theater, 71 Public Square, for separate performances in May and July respectively.</p><p>Presley, a member of platinum selling trio Pistol Annies alongside Miranda Lambert, will perform at 8 p.m. May 18. She is touring in support of her second full-length solo album &#8220;Wrangled,&#8221; which is scheduled for release April 21.</p><p>Tickets for Presley&#8217;s performance go on sale at 10 a.m. March 22 and are available at the Kirby Center box office, online at kirbycenter.org and by phone at 570-826-1100.</p><p>Tickets are on sale now for Kirby members.</p><p>Fastball first reached mainstream success with 1998&#8217;s &#8220;All the Pain Money Can Buy,&#8221; which included hit singles &#8220;The Way,&#8221; &#8220;Fire Escape&#8221; and &#8220;Out of My Head.&#8221;</p><p>After an eight-year recording hiatus, the band is touring in support of their album &#8220;Step Into Light,&#8221; due to be released May 19.</p><p>Fastball will perform at 8 p.m. July 29 in the Chandelier Lobby.</p><p>Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. March 24 and are available at the Kirby Center box office, online at kirbycenter.org and by phone at 570-826-1100.</p><p>A pre-sale for Kirby members begins at 10 a.m. March 22 through the same outlets.</p><style>
