<p>The Red Hat Society of northeastern Pennsylvania is planning its annual luncheon for April 20 at Genetti&#8217;s Hotel and Convention Center, Wilkes-Barre. Vendors will be available 10 a.m., banquet doors open 11:30 a.m. Reservation deadline is April 1, 2017.
