<p>HAZLETON &#8212; Two men &#8212; one from Hazleton and the other from New York &#8212; were arrested in a heroin bust Thursday after a search warrant was served on Vine Street.</p><p>The suspects are Hassan Sillie, 41, and Victor Manuel Rios, 45.</p><p>According to police:</p><p>Sillie, of Lafayette Avenue, Bronx, N.Y., and Rios, of North Vine Street, Hazleton, were found on the second floor of a home at 898 N. Vine St.</p><p>During a search of Rios, police found a large amount of money and several packets of heroin.</p><p>A search of the home uncovered an additional amount of money that was used to buy drugs during undercover operations, plus six cell phones and items to package and store heroin.</p><p>Police secured a warrant after a confidential informant bought heroin from Rios outside the residence.</p><p>Rios is charged with two counts each of delivery of a controlled substance and criminal use of a cell phone.</p><p>Sillie is charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance.</p><style>
