<p>TUNKHANNOCK &#8212; Brigitte Meskers has been promoted to branch manager of the Tunkhannock location of Community Bank N.A.</p><p>Meskers will lead the branch team and oversee the office&#8217;s daily operation. She will also be responsible for ensuring branch compliance with operating policies, procedures and outside regulatory requirements.</p><p>Prior to joining Community Bank N.A. in 2012 as a retail service officer, Meskers worked for a mortgage broker for six years and then managed a real estate office.
