PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Two people are hospitalized after police say they were struck by a car after leaving a family party in Philadelphia. Police say the driver fled the scene at 6th Street and Erie Avenue around 10 p.m. Sunday. Investigators tell WPVI-TV (http://6abc.cm/2nZsFpT ) the vehicle and the driver were located.
