<p>NANTICOKE &#8212; Tyler Duda, who served time for his role in a crash that dismembered 59-year-old Nicholas Zurilla, is once again in trouble with the law.</p><p>Duda, 20, is facing charges stemming from a domestic dispute that happened in the parking lot of Luzerne County Community College on Wednesday.</p><p>Duda was 16 at the time of the crash in July 2013 that killed Zurilla, dismembering him after striking him with an SUV that police say was moving faster than 70 mph on a street posted for just 25 mph.</p><p>Duda pleaded guilty to homicide by vehicle and other charges in May 2014, and Luzerne County Juvenile Court Judge William Amesbury placed Duda in the custody of a juvenile treatment facility in Danville.</p><p>According to the criminal complaint for Duda&#8217;s new charges:</p><p>Officers were dispatched to 64 West Broad Street at 10:27 p.m. Wednesday for a report of vandalism to a vehicle.</p><p>Officers met with Imari Daron Lee Wimbush, who told police he and his friend Kaylee Grodzicki were hanging out with friends in the parking lot of Luzerne County Community College. Wimbush told police Duda showed up, and said he is Grodzicki&#8217;s ex-boyfriend. An argument ensued and Wimbush said Duda became irate and pulled out a knife.</p><p>Grodzicki said she pushed Duda trying to get away, and said he pushed her back and cut her left ring finger with the knife.</p><p>Duda then allegedly punctured the rear driver&#8217;s side tire of Wimbush&#8217;s vehicle with the knife, and then poured beer inside the vehicle. Wimbush and Grodzicki then fled the scene to the residence on West Broad Street.</p><p>Grodzicki was checked out by medics, and she sustained non life-threatening injuries.</p><p>Officers went to the parking lot of the Luzerne County Community College, but they were unable to locate Duda. Officers also spoke with an assistant district attorney with the Luzerne County District Attorney&#8217;s Office about filing potential aggravated assault charges, but learned there were not enough circumstances for the charges.</p><p>Duda was located by officers at his aunt&#8217;s house on Union Street. Duda said he knew why officers were there, and he was arrested. Officers recovered a black box cutter that Duda said he used, and it was taken as evidence.</p><p>Duda faces charges of simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct. He was arraigned on his charges before District Judge Joseph Halesey on Thursday.</p><p>Duda is scheduled for appear for a preliminary hearing before District Judge Donald Whittaker at 1 p.m. on April 26. Halesey set bail at $20,000 or 10 percent, and court documents indicate Duda was jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility after he didn&#8217;t post bail.</p><style>
