<p>The Luzerne County Historical Society&#8217;s 159th annual meeting and gala dinner is April 28 at the Westmoreland Club, Wilkes-Barre. $75 for members, $85 for non-members. A program on the 109th Field Artillery during World War I and a silent auction are part of the events.
