<p>A Hanover Area graduate who has been missing from the Boston area since March 29 has been found dead in the Charles River, according to Boston-area media reports on Sunday.</p><p>CBS Boston reported that the body of Michael Kelleher, 23, was pulled from the Charles River early Sunday morning, according to a statement made by his parents, Lori and Mike Kelleher, on Mike Kelleher&#8217;s Facebook page.</p><p>&#8220;Sadly, Michael was claimed by the Charles River the night of his disappearance. At 8:00 this morning, the river gave him back to us,&#8221; the Facebook post read.</p><p>As previously reported by the Times Leader, Kelleher went missing on Wednesday, March 29, after attending a Boston Celtics game.</p><p>Kelleher most recently resided in Southborough, Mass. He and his family previously resided locally, but moved to Massachusetts after his graduation from high school.</p><p>According to CBS Boston, Kelleher&#8217;s body was spotted in the river by a passerby who reported it to law enforcement. The body was then transported to the Massachusetts State Police Marine Unit base.</p><p>Kelleher&#8217;s family told CBS Boston that he was intoxicated on the night of his disappearance.</p><p>Lori Kelleher had posted on her Facebook page, &#8220;Help Find Michael Kelleher,&#8221; that her son&#8217;s last known location had been Paul Revere Park, where he attempted to order an Uber ride.</p><p>CBS Boston reports that Kelleher&#8217;s cause of death is still under investigation by police.</p><p>&#8220;Michael was loved by many and we want to thank everyone who reached out to us during this difficult time,&#8221; his parents message continued on Facebook. &#8220;We would also like to thank everyone who prayed for Michael&#8217;s safe return, forwarded pics, gave ideas to find him, canvassed all of Boston and Cambridge with his &#8220;Missing&#8221; flyers, spoke to the media, detectives, police and PI. We greatly appreciate your efforts.&#8221;</p><p>The Kellehers also extended special thanks to the Southborough detectives, Boston detectives and Boston police, and the Boston and Massachusetts State Police dive units.</p><p>&#8220;Nothing can make up the loss of our son, and we would greatly appreciate our privacy at this extremely difficult time,&#8221; the Kellehers wrote, noting that information about Michael&#8217;s services will be made available as soon as they are arranged.</p><style>
