Hazleton police arrest three fugitives, recover handgun from residence

<p>WILKES-BARRE &#8212; A theatrical production based on an internationally successful children&#8217;s toy brand is coming to Northeastern Pennsylvania.</p><p>Shopkins Live! will be presented at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 29 at the F.M. Kirby Center, 71 Public Square.</p><p>The production will feature The Shoppies and Shopkins characters in an all new storyline &#8212; Jessicake, Bubbleisha, Peppa-Mint and friends will prepare for Shopville&#8217;s annual Funtastic Food and Fashion Fair &#8212; with original pop music and video highlights.</p><p>Tickets range from $40.50 to $103.50 and go on sale 10 a.m. April 28 through the Kirby Center box office, online at kirbycenter.org and by phone at 570-826-1100.</p><p>A pre-sale for Kirby members begins at 10 a.m. April 24 through the same outlets.</p><style>
