York police say playground punch kills man with spina bifida

<p>HAZLETON &#8212; A man faces charges after he allegedly sexually assaulted a girl repeatedly over the course of a 5-year period.</p><p>Dominic Raymond Zizzo III, 26, is accused of first molesting the victim before sexually assaulting her from the time she was 10 to 15 years old.</p><p>According to the criminal complaint:</p><p>The 17-year-old victim first reported the abuse on April 13, 2016.</p><p>An officer traveled to Pinnacle Health Children&#8217;s Resource Center in Harrisburg to interview the victim on May 20, 2016.</p><p>The victim reported that the abuse started in the basement of Zizzo&#8217;s residence in Hazleton when she was 10 or 11.</p><p>The victim reported that the assault allegedly started when Zizzo inappropriately touched her and progressed to sexual assault from when she was 10 to 15 years old.</p><p>Zizzo faces charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of a victim under the age of 16, sexual assault, statutory sexual assault, indecent assault of a person under the age of 13, and indecent assault of person under the age of 16.</p><p>Zizzo was arraigned on his charges before District Judge Donald Whittaker on Thursday, and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing before District Judge Joseph Zola at 10:30 a.m. on April 26.</p><p>Zizzo is jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $250,000 bail.</p><style>
