Police say playground punch kills man with spina bifida

MCKEESPORT, Pa. (AP) — A man and woman have been fatally shot in a car at a Pennsylvania public housing complex known for its crime problems. The Allegheny County medical examiner says the dead man was 49-year-old Raffel Greene, of Clairton, though the woman's identity wasn't immediately available. Police say both were found slain in a car at the Crawford Village housing complex in McKeesport just before 12:30 a.m. Thursday. Police say the woman was 32. Police don't believe either victim lived at the complex, and weren't immediately sure what prompted the shooting. Police didn't find a weapon at the scene, and I wasn't immediate clear whether they have any suspects.
