Trump says he'll mark 100 days with Pennsylvania rally

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — A second teenager has been convicted in the slaying of a northwest Philadelphia man shot during an attempted robbery as he was walking his dog two years ago. The Philadelphia Inquirer (http://bit.ly/2pokUOF ) reports that jurors deliberated for only three hours Friday before convicting 17-year-old Brandon Smith of charges including second-degree murder in the death of 51-year-old James Stuhlman. Authorities said three youths had just finished playing basketball in Overbrook in March 2015 when they decided to rob someone and targeted Stuhlman, who was shot to death even though he pleaded for his life. A co-defendant who was 15 at the time of the slaying pleaded guilty last year to third-degree murder and was sentenced to 25 to 80 years.
