FCC chief lays out attack on ‘net neutrality’ rules

<p>Showers and thunderstorms are expected in the Wyoming Valley this weekend.</p><p>The National Weather Service indicated it was 64 degrees as of 9:54 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, and fog/mist was reported.</p><p>Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected this afternoon, with cloudy skies and a high near 76.</p><p>The chance for showers continues through the night, with mostly cloudy skies and a low around 53.</p><p>Sunday more rain is expected, with scattered showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 11 a.m. Mostly cloudy with a high near 64.</p><p>Sunday night there is a chance for isolated showers and thunderstorms.
