Your view: Remove school-tax burden from home owners

<p>Army Pvt. Shad David Heffinger, son of Mark and Maggie Heffinger, Mountain Top, graduated from basic combat training at Fort Leonard Wood, M.O., on April 6, 2017. Private Heffinger&#8217;s academic and military accomplishments were a direct result of his energetic application of sound judgment and newly acquired technical knowledge. The soldier&#8217;s attention to detail, appearance, cooperative spirit, military bearing and military courtesy were both commendable and exemplary.</p><style>
