<p>HAZLETON &#8212; The third and final suspect linked to a shooting last Thursday in Hazleton has turned himself in, authorities report.</p><p>Police said Scarly Hiciano-Rivera, 21, Hazleton, surrendered at approximately 7:15 p.m. Monday.</p><p>Police in Hazleton said officers on patrol Thursday were flagged down by a person who was shot at. A window on the victim&#8217;s vehicle was reportedly struck by a large-caliber bullet.</p><p>Along with Hiciano-Rivera, police identified the other suspects as Alajan De La Cruz-Gross, of Hazleton, and Cesar Joel Brito Polanco.</p><p>De La Cruz-Gross was caught Friday after an extensive manhunt in Ashley involving officers from several area departments plus a state police helicopter.</p><p>Polanco turned himself in last week without incident.</p><style>
