<p>This weekend is shaping up to be perfect for indoor activities, as cloudy skies and rain are expected in the Wyoming Valley.</p><p>The National Weather Service indicated it was 42 degrees as of 6:54 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, and fair skies were reported.</p><p>Clouds are expected to increase today, and the high will be near 61.</p><p>Rain is likely after 3 a.m. tonight, but less than a tenth of an inch of rain is expected. Cloudy skies are expected otherwise, and the low will be around 48.</p><p>Friday will bring a high likelihood of rain to round out the week, with thunderstorms possible after 5 p.m. Up to three quarters of an inch of rain could fall, and winds could gust as high as 22 mph. Friday&#8217;s high will be near 65.</p><p>Rain will continue to be likely into Friday night, along with a possible thunderstorm before 9 p.m. Up to a quarter of an inch of rainfall is possible, and the low will be around 52.</p><p>Saturday will bring cloudy skies, along with a 70 percent chance of showers after 3 p.m. The high will be near 60.</p><p>Showers are expected to persist into Saturday night, along with mostly cloudy skies. The low will be around 42.</p><p>Sunday will bring mostly cloudy skies to wrap up the weekend, along with a 40 percent chance of showers. The high will be near 54.</p><p>Mostly cloudy skies will follow into Sunday night, along with a 40 percent chance of showers.
